All orders of sausage items they are they shipped by the customer choice of shipping class. We recommend that all items ship ups over night we are not responsible for any spoiling of products for you not choose the correct shipping. They are packed with dry ice packs. Please be aware when placing the order you must be presented when delivery arrives due to temperature outside your home. They come with dry ice packs please do not touch the dry ice with bare hands. All frozen and deli products ship on Monday’s if it does not fall on holiday.
